The Canmore Nordic Centre was originally developed for the 1988 Winter Olympic cross-country ski events, and today continues to host a number of international competitions.
There are over 70 kilometres of trails at the centre, which has an enviable position in the Rocky Mountains, just an hour’s drive west of Calgary.
The Canmore Nordic Centre offers year-round racing programs, fall and winter programs for both adults and kids, and youth biathlon add-on programs. Programs range from recreational ski lessons to more ambitious self-directed training for prospective racers.
