Uptown 17th Avenue is perhaps Calgary’s chicest destination for shopping, and is one of the greatest retail streets in Canada.

With unique boutiques and independently owned shops, the street’s vibe is somewhere between hipster and cosmopolitan. There are over 400 stores and businesses on the two kilometre stretch between Second Street and 14^th Street, offering a world of trendy clothes, designer jewellery, art, spa treatments, books, music and more.

There are also plenty of pubs, lounges, restaurants and coffee shops along the way allowing you to reload in between shopping sessions.
