Carifest
If getting away to the actual Caribbean isn’t an option for you, Calgary has Carifest in mid-June.
The one-day event features the best in reggae and calypso music, as well as art, food and dance from the Caribbean. The island vibe all happens in downtown Calgary at Olympic Plaza, and is free of charge.
