Inside Out Theatre began as a venture of the Behaviour Support Team at the University of Calgary in 1991 as an effort to improve access to fine arts training.
Its mandate is to enable participants with disabilities to enjoy, participate in and benefit from a training program that culminates in a theatre production.
The current programming by Inside Out provides low cost, accessible theatre education for Calgarians, in an effort to improve participants’ self confidence, functional literacy and interpersonal skills.
