W&M Dance Projects, a non-profit community dance organization, includes three companies: W&M Physical Theatre, W&M II (an apprentice company) and the Surge Company (which focuses on youth performances).
The organization strives to use an abstract physical form to create a readable language in its performances. A primary goal of W&M’s is to assist emerging dancers reach the professional dancing world.
Workshops, classes and events specializing in contemporary dance are provided throughout the year.
W&M’s theatre is at 4005 – 9th Street SE.
